L’Embrésienne is a delightful group of six terraced cottages around a courtyard, in a small rural Corbières village. Each building has been tastefully decorated to a different theme but all pay tribute to the winemaking history of the estate. All room have an ensuite or adjoining bathroom and whilst each building has its own colour scheme they all evoke the warm colours of the Mediterranean.

This charming and comfortable accommodation is a real find and our hosts Brigitte and Gilles Robert will make you most welcome.  Some of the Birding Languedoc trips are hosted here and you only have to walk a few yards to hear and see the birds typical of the “garrigue” in the coastal Corbières – with a nesting pair of Golden eagles nearby and  plenty of interesting summer visitors (Golden oriole, Hoopoe…) early morning walks are always rewarding! And from March to September your evenings may well be serenaded by a Scops owl that roosts the large cedar  in the garden.
